The entire house spans 2,000 square feet. The common area, located on the main level, has an open floor plan that combines the living area or lounge, dining area, and kitchen. Glass doors from the living area open up to the private yard and deck, while the gazebo is just a few steps away. The common area also features numerous windows that offer beautiful views of the surroundings.
The living area has a cozy feel and provides adequate space for lounging and relaxing. The dining area can accommodate up to 8 people at the table. Meanwhile, the kitchen has a huge breakfast bar that seats 3 people and is fully equipped with modern amenities for you to make your own meals. You can also hire one of the many talented chefs available in the area.
With three bedrooms on the upper floor, Sea Star Villa can accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and French doors that open onto the veranda, offering breathtaking waterfront views. It also includes a full en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath, shower, and double vanity.
