Effective October 30, 2026. Premier Bahamas Vacation Rentals (“we”, “the Site”) offers this Site to people. These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) govern access by any automated system, AI agent, LLM-driven browser, crawler, scraper or other software acting on behalf of a person or organisation (an “Agent”) and, by extension, the person or organisation that operates it (the “Operator”). Human visitors acting on their own behalf are not required to do anything under this Agreement.

  1. Agreement. By checking the box and submitting the declaration below, the Agent and its Operator enter into this Agreement. Continued automated access to the Site after notice of these terms also constitutes acceptance. The Operator is responsible for the Agent’s acts and for the accuracy of its declaration.
