Sea Esta is a freshly renovated two-bedroom cottage in Spanish Wells designed around two practical wins: a kitchen that can actually handle six people, and an enclosed screened lanai that functions as a proper bonus room across the back of the house.
THE SPACE
Kitchen and Living
A large center island with quartz countertops and four bar stools anchors the open-plan main floor. White shaker cabinets and a full stainless suite — side-by-side refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher — make this one of the most practical kitchens at this price point. The living area has two navy-blue sofas, a coral-print rug, and a wood-plank ceiling throughout.
Screened Lanai
The enclosed lanai across the back is the defining feature: fully screened, sunlit, and outfitted with a wicker lounge area and a separate dining table that seats four. It functions as an extra room — comfortable for mornings, afternoons, and evenings without the bugs.
Bedrooms
The master has a queen bed and its own bath with a double vanity. The second bedroom is designed for families: a king bed alongside twin bunk beds, with a bathroom that has both tub and shower. Side-by-side washer and dryer are included.

LOCATION
Spanish Wells is a small, tight-knit fishing island off the northern tip of Eleuthera in The Bahamas. The island is explored entirely by golf cart — no rental cars, no traffic. The main beach runs along the western shore; a small grocery store, fish market, and a handful of restaurants and bars serve the community. Access requires a short flight to North Eleuthera Airport (ELH) and a 5-minute water taxi to the island.
